Is the largest infrastructure fund and economic program in the last decade to address the issue of entry-level housing in Saskatchewan. The program will commit more than $200 million to create a minimum of 1,000 new entry-level homes across Saskatchewan. Westcap has partnered with six leading Credit Unions—acting as community champions to help deliver this major provincial program—Affinity, Conexus, Innovation, Cornerstone, Synergy and Spectra. Working together with the Saskatchewan Immigrant Investor Fund Inc. (SIIF), municipal governments, developers/builders and industry partners, HeadStart projects are building Saskatchewan.
